Engineering support for water networks and the infrastructure around them.
I'm Angella Nakkungu, a civil engineer based in Delft. Through Aquabridge I help utilities, consulting firms, NGOs and project developers with the technical work that keeps projects moving: analysing water networks and losses, writing reports and proposals, mapping assets with GIS, and making sense of infrastructure data.
I work remotely with clients in Europe, Africa and beyond, and I reply to every enquiry within one working day.

How we would work together
First, a conversation.
You send me a short description of the project, by email or in a call. If it isn't a good fit for my skills, I'll tell you straight away.
Then a written quote.
You receive the scope, deliverables, timeline and price in euros, so we both know exactly what is agreed.
The work itself.
I keep you updated at agreed milestones. Fixed-price work includes two rounds of revisions.
Payment.
By invoice and bank transfer, or by card through a secure Stripe payment link.

About
I started my career in consulting engineering in Kampala, working on the design and supervision of water supply and drainage projects. I then moved into water utility operations, where I managed distribution network expansions, pressure management and Non-Revenue Water reduction, and supervised extensions serving more than 500 new connections.
For the following six years I led GIS-based assessments of more than 700 rural infrastructure sites in Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Zambia, built mobile data collection tools, and ran knowledge-transfer programmes with government partners. I recently completed my MSc at IHE Delft, with a thesis on the governance of water metering for revenue assurance.
I care about work that holds up in the field, not just on paper.
